IRB Infrastructure has declared 7% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2026

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. on Thursday, 05 February 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 7 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 19 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 February 2026.

The last five dividends are 7% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 November 2025), 7% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 29 August 2025), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2025), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 08 November 2024) and 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 August 2024).
