The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.58 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 15.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.20 per cent at Rs 41.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.56 per cent to Rs 23.21 crore from Rs 14.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 22.62 per cent to Rs 18.05 crore as against Rs 14.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 18.99 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.06 per cent at Rs 3.81 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.40 crore).
