The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.25 per cent at Rs 287.92 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 270.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.08 per cent to Rs 255.86 crore from Rs 236.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 61.60 per cent at Rs 3.69 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.61 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.36 per cent to Rs 32.07 crore as against Rs 34.25 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.87 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 41.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.58 per cent at Rs 3.97 crore (Dec'24 Rs 8.74 crore).
