The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.93 per cent at Rs 71.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.06 per cent to Rs 51.04 crore from Rs 36.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 26.09 per cent at Rs 4.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.68 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.16 per cent to Rs 20.29 crore as against Rs 17.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.92 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 5.62 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.63 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.09 crore).
