The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.24 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.83 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.54 per cent at Rs 11.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.44 per cent to Rs 10.65 crore from Rs 13.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 86.59 per cent at Rs 0.66 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.92 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 214.06 per cent to Rs 0.73 crore as against Rs -0.64 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 224.41 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 81.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation increased by 113.30 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore (Dec'24 Rs -3.76 crore).
