The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.03 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 177.98 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 110.35 per cent at Rs 14.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.00 per cent to Rs 12.96 crore from Rs 9.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.87 per cent at Rs 2.45 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.23 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1200.00 per cent to Rs 1.87 crore as against Rs -0.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 638.03 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 45.31 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.64 crore).
