With reference to your mail dated 13th April, 2026, regarding clarification on significant movement in the price of security of the Company across the Exchanges in the recent past, we hereby submit that the Company has always disclosed, to the Stock Exchange, all the material information, which has bearing on the operations/performance of the Company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (the 'Listing Obligations') within the stipulated time.\r\nWe hereby further submit that we are not aware of the reason of significant movement in the price of security of the Company in the recent past.
