Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 07, 2026, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Bank.
