The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.52 crore compared to net profit of Rs 2.05 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 64.10 per cent at Rs 5.65 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.77 per cent to Rs 8.19 crore from Rs 11.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 61.54 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 165.13 per cent to Rs -2.54 crore as against Rs 3.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 281.46 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 15.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 208.82 per cent at Rs -0.74 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.68 crore).
