The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 24.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 33.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.39 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.93 per cent at Rs 2,154.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,941.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.76 per cent to Rs 1,842.87 crore from Rs 1,634.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.36 per cent at Rs 21.76 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 20.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1.22 per cent to Rs 311.13 crore as against Rs 307.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.78 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 84.15 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.19 per cent at Rs 8.54 crore (Mar'25 Rs 7.75 crore).
