The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.30 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 101.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.48 per cent at Rs 116.41 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.62 per cent to Rs 89.56 crore from Rs 73.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.91 per cent at Rs 5.16 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 89.56 per cent to Rs 26.86 crore as against Rs 14.17 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.97 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 46.86 per cent at Rs 6.55 crore (Mar'25 Rs 4.46 crore).
