ACME Solar Holdings has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Twenty One Private Limited, as part of its expansion in the renewable energy sector.

The newly incorporated entity was registered on May 11, 2026, with its registered office located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The subsidiary will operate in the renewable power generation segment and focus on the development, establishment, and operation of renewable energy and power generation projects.

ACME Solar Holdings has subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of the subsidiary through a cash investment of Rs 1 lakh, comprising 10,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each.

The company clarified that no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation of the subsidiary.
