The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 323.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 52.04 per cent at Rs 24.28 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 47.29 per cent to Rs 20.65 crore from Rs 14.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 89.29 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 86.15 per cent to Rs 3.63 crore as against Rs 1.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.54 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 31.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation increased by 228.00 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.25 crore).
