The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 13.06 crore compared to net profit of Rs 0.15 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.54 per cent at Rs 67.29 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 72.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.52 per cent to Rs 72.64 crore from Rs 62.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 152.81 per cent to Rs -5.36 crore as against Rs 10.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 157.06 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 90.51 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.58 crore).
