The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 162.66 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 141.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.09 per cent at Rs 689.12 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 649.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.20 per cent to Rs 474.59 crore from Rs 451.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.77 per cent at Rs 22.78 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 10.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.11 per cent to Rs 214.53 crore as against Rs 198.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.31 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.53 per cent at Rs 53.14 crore (Mar'25 Rs 49.42 crore).
