The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 557.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.94 per cent at Rs 11.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.66 per cent to Rs 10.70 crore from Rs 19.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 42.81 per cent at Rs 7.12 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 12.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 116.52 per cent to Rs 1.13 crore as against Rs -6.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 117.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 35.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 74.63 per cent at Rs 1.17 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.67 crore).
