The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2026 has, inter alia, considered and approved the proposed preferential issue of securities by way of share swap arrangment involving Popees Baby Care Products Limited, subject to applicable statutory, regulatory and shareholder' approval.
