The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 154.09 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 882.72 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 465.40 per cent at Rs 47.72 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.62 per cent to Rs 53.51 crore from Rs 42.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.55 per cent at Rs 37.74 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 47.50 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 82.88 per cent to Rs -5.79 crore as against Rs -33.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 96.97 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 47.06 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation increased by 549.74 per cent at Rs 12.54 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.93 crore).
