The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 61.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.25 per cent at Rs 30.22 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 28.65 per cent to Rs 22.36 crore from Rs 17.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 369.57 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 48.49 per cent to Rs 7.87 crore as against Rs 5.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 70.37 per cent at Rs 2.30 crore (Mar'25 Rs 1.35 crore).
