The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 248.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 147.86 per cent at Rs 38.89 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 129.95 per cent to Rs 32.40 crore from Rs 14.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 800.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 307.55 per cent to Rs 6.48 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 64.07 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 950.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 1420.00 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
