We enclose herewith the Audited Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statements for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026 of the Company together with the Audit Report of the Statutory Auditor in pursuance with the regulation 33(3)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 which was reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 23rd May, 2026.
