The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 60.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 74.68 per cent at Rs 158.21 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 90.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 67.80 per cent to Rs 153.17 crore from Rs 91.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.28 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 7.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 809.86 per cent to Rs 5.04 crore as against Rs -0.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 508.97 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 5.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.67 crore, while Taxation decreased by 43.48 per cent at Rs 0.26 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.46 crore).
