Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has Re-appointed Mr. Somnath Chatterjee as the Managing Director of the Company for a further term of 5 years with effect from 12th November 2026 to 11th November 2031, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
