The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 25th May 2026, has recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up out of the profits of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, for consideration and approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
