The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 0.49 crore compared to net profit of Rs 1.24 crore in the previous year quarter.ÿ

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.61 per cent at Rs 79.29 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 93.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.38 per cent to Rs 73.71 crore from Rs 88.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.11 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.79 per cent to Rs 5.59 crore as against Rs 5.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.08 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 18.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.80 crore, while Taxation increased by 10200.00 per cent at Rs 2.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.02 crore).
