The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, 3rd September 2026 to Wednesday, 9th September 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing 64th Annual General Meeting and for the purpose of payment of dividend for the financial year 2025-26, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing 64th AGM.
