The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.21 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.34 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.18 per cent at Rs 12.19 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.48 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.16 per cent to Rs 11.92 crore from Rs 12.06 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 146.55 per cent to Rs 0.27 crore as against Rs -0.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 144.64 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 125.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.24 crore).
