The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 450.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.79 per cent at Rs 16.14 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.90 per cent to Rs 14.11 crore from Rs 12.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 27.45 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.51 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.01 per cent to Rs 2.03 crore as against Rs 1.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.23 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 45.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.63 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.70 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Mar'25 Rs 0.92 crore).
