The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 2.31 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 1.18 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.48 per cent at Rs 12.58 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.65 per cent to Rs 11.65 crore from Rs 11.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 54.59 per cent to Rs 0.94 crore as against Rs 2.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 52.09 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 153.33 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Mar'25 Rs -0.15 crore).
