The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 68.02 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 78.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.46 per cent at Rs 858.54 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,003.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.77 per cent to Rs 754.73 crore from Rs 896.01 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 65.15 per cent at Rs 10.37 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 29.76 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.55 per cent to Rs 103.81 crore as against Rs 107.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.78 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 16.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.30 per cent at Rs 22.48 crore (Mar'25 Rs 28.93 crore).
