Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL) has approved raising up to Rs 3,143.51 crore through the preferential issuance of fully convertible warrants to promoter group entity Sunbright Mauritius Investments.

The company's board has approved the allotment of up to 24.95 crore warrants at an issue price of Rs 126 per warrant, according to a regulatory filing.

As of March 2026, Sunbright Mauritius Investments held a 3.99% stake in ZEEL. The proposed fundraise is expected to increase the promoter group entity's shareholding in the company.
