Commissioner of Central Tax, Ranga Reddy GST Commissionerate, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana imposing penalty on the company. The above-mention ordered is related to outward supply as well as Input Tax credit availed pertaining to the Financial Year 2020-21 to 2022-23.
