The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.12 per cent at Rs 204.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.47 per cent to Rs 194.85 crore from Rs 160.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 37.76 per cent to Rs 9.23 crore as against Rs 6.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 12.72 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 54.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.29 per cent at Rs 1.27 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.96 crore).
