The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, July 16, 2026, inter-alia, has considered and approved raising of funds up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.1,000 crore through Qualified Institutions Placement, in one or more tranches, by issuance of equity shares and / or other eligible securities or any combination thereof.
