This is to inform that the 42nd AGM of the Members of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Thursday, 27th August, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other -Audio- Visual Means (OAVM).\r\nFurther, in continuation to letter dated 21.05.2026, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 2nd September, 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members to receive Final Dividend for the FY 2025-26, if so approved by the Members in aforesaid AGM.
