Based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Yatin Malhotra as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 01,2026 in place of Mr. Dharmender Tuteja who will superannuate from the services of the Company on July 31, 2026.
