Appointment of Mrs. Sandhiya Balamurgan (DIN: 11856567) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 30th July, 2026. The term of her appointment as an Independent Director will be for a period of 5 years and the appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders. \r\n2. This is in furtherance to the Company's earlier intimation dated July 27, 2026, wherein it was informed that the 30th AGM of the Members of E-Land Apparels Limited was scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026.\r\nThe Board has decided to re-schedule the AGM to a later date.
