This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, has been approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and noted the Limited Review Certificate dt. 13.08.2026 issued by M/s. K.Gopal Rao & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, Statutory Auditors of the Company.\r\nIt was decided, as per recommendation of the Audit committee, the Board has re-appoint Mr A.Kumar Reddy, M.No.FCS-7162, Certificate of Practice No.7843 as Secretarial auditors of the company for FY.2026-27.\r\nOther than the above, there has been no decision at the Board Meeting.
