The Board of Directors has approved making of First Call of Rs. 30.25/- on the 54,71,101 partly paid up equity shares of the Company which were allotted on December 19, 2025 on a rights basis pursuant to a letter of offer dated November 14, 2025 and fixed record date and first call money payment period.
