The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.72 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.12 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.56 per cent at Rs 19.22 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.19 per cent to Rs 11.14 crore from Rs 10.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 2.00 per cent at Rs 0.98 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 85.32 per cent to Rs 8.08 crore as against Rs 4.36 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 44.23 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 6.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.17 crore, while Taxation increased by 79.20 per cent at Rs 2.24 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.25 crore).
