The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 337.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 246.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.82 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.46 per cent at Rs 2,248.41 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,947.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.87 per cent to Rs 485.85 crore from Rs 426.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 90.77 per cent at Rs 1.13 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 15.91 per cent to Rs 1,762.56 crore as against Rs 1,520.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.38 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 10.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,341.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 29.78 per cent at Rs 75.22 crore (Jun'25 Rs 57.96 crore).
