The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 183.60 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 168.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.35 per cent at Rs 2,203.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,996.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.17 per cent to Rs 1,977.78 crore from Rs 1,747.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 430.47 per cent at Rs 63.71 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 12.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.08 per cent to Rs 227.61 crore as against Rs 258.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.35 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 17.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 17.76 per cent at Rs 58.62 crore (Jun'25 Rs 49.78 crore).
