The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 25.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.65 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.42 per cent at Rs 117.89 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 169.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.59 per cent to Rs 108.48 crore from Rs 130.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 78.07 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 76.07 per cent to Rs 9.42 crore as against Rs 39.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 65.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 68.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 98.88 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Jun'25 Rs 8.92 crore).
