The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 0.61 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.64 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.63 per cent at Rs 13.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.35 per cent to Rs 12.74 crore from Rs 11.24 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.76 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.58 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 980.00 per cent to Rs 0.54 crore as against Rs 0.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 765.96 per cent in June quarter.
