The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 7.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 98.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.96 per cent at Rs 546.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 496.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.39 per cent to Rs 475.00 crore from Rs 473.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 718.71 per cent at Rs 14.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.71 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 203.29 per cent to Rs 71.00 crore as against Rs 23.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 176.01 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 19.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 112.77 per cent at Rs 5.00 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.35 crore).
