The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.35 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 73.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.33 per cent at Rs 115.86 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.58 per cent to Rs 85.45 crore from Rs 94.50 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 95.75 per cent at Rs 2.29 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 53.85 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 0.39 per cent to Rs 30.41 crore as against Rs 30.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.49 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.27 per cent at Rs 7.40 crore (Jun'25 Rs 7.42 crore).
