The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.60 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.24 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.28 per cent at Rs 29.93 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.86 per cent to Rs 27.74 crore from Rs 26.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 14.00 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 521.15 per cent to Rs 2.19 crore as against Rs -0.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 469.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 41.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 189.80 per cent at Rs 0.44 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.49 crore).
