Enclosed herewith the disclosure intimation received in the prescribed format under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI(SAST) Regulations, 2011 in respect of acquisition of equity shares of the Company, by way of gift without consideration by Mr. Rajeev Reniwal from Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal both being the existing promoters of the Company.
