Allcargo Logistics has adopted Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to streamline its finance and procurement operations, reducing month-end closing time by 30% through automation and standardised processes.
The logistics company has integrated more than 4,000 users and over 700 operating units onto a single platform, improving governance, financial reporting and operational visibility.
Founded in 1993, Allcargo Logistics operates more than 700 facilities across India and serves sectors including e-commerce, automobiles and pharmaceuticals. The company transitioned from legacy on-premises systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to support its expansion and strengthen process automation.
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP has helped standardise finance processes, reduce manual work and improve financial controls, while Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement has automated end-to-end purchasing processes and enhanced visibility across its operations.
Sanjay Khiyani, Chief Information Officer of Allcargo Logistics, said the digital transformation supports the company's long-term growth strategy and operational excellence. Oracle India Vice President of Cloud Applications Shailesh Singla added that AI-powered capabilities would further automate routine tasks, enabling employees to focus on higher-value decisions.
