Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Regulation 9(i) of the SEBI (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 2018, the Company has fixed October 28, 2026 (Wednesday) as record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement and names of equity shareholders who are eligible to participate in the Buyback.
